May Topbox!

Hey everyone! Another month, another Topbox! I received my Topbox last Friday but held of doing a review until now because Topbox requested we hold off reviews until the 15th. So before I talk about each individual product let me just say that this month Topbox sent us a great box! I loveddddddddd what I received and it's probably one of my favourite boxes thus far.

So what are you waiting for? Click below to find out what I received!

The first thing I saw and the most exciting was a Deborah Lippmann polish in "Whatever Lola Wants." Being that I am a nail polish junkie I fell in love and this one item made the whole box worth it. The colour is a light pink with shimmers through it. The colour is lovely and I actually have nothing like it in my collection. I've heard great things about Deborah Lippmann polishes but because of their big price tag I've always been reluctant to purchasing one. The shade in this Topbox was designed by Kelly Rippa. Deborah Lippmann polishes retail for $20.

This month's Topbox also came with a sample of Orlane Anagenese 25+ First Time-Fighting Care Eye Contour. The product clams to diminish fine lines, puffiness and dark circles. I used this product last night and it was much lighter than other eye creams I've used in the past but it did take longer to absorb into the skin. I'm interested in the results this gives and if it's worth the $75 price tag.

Another exiting item in this month's Topbox was an Expressions Bronzing Powder Brush. You can never have enough brushes right? I was really exited about getting this brush because I've been wanting to get a new brush to apply my powder foundation. This brush is really soft and feels great on the skin. There has been some slight shedding but I'm not too concerned about that. This brush retails for $25.

This month's Topbox also contained a sample of the Cover FX Matte Foundation Primer & Anti-Acne Treatment Gel. I've tried another primer from Cover FX and didn't fall in love, it was just ok. This product claims to reduce the appearance of lines and pores and helps prevent and heal acne blemishes. I'm interested to find out if this product can keep my t-zone looking matte because that's where I usually get really oily. This product retails for $39.

Topbox also sent me two additional samples because last month I received a product that I had gotten in a previous Topbox. The two additional samples were a Sula lip gloss and BioSilk Silk Therapy. The lipgloss came in the shade Mesmerizing that is a burgundy colour with shimmer throughout it. The gloss also has a cherry sent to it. The BioSilk Silk Therapy can be used on dry and wet hair to help prevent breakage and add shine to hair.

Overall, I'm very happy with this month's Topbox. They outdid themselves this month! The value of all the items that I received was worth much more than the $11.30 I paid for.

Did you receive anything different in your Topbox? Are you thinking of subscribing to Topbox? Let me know in the comments!

Have a great day!

Stela :)
